Leon Gall is a customer service representative with Aramchek Software, the developers of a series of sophisticated expert systems. Aramchek Software uses eMerge to keep in touch with their customers and to process customer service and technical support enquiries.
Software Upgrades is an ongoing campaign informs customers of the upgrades available for the Aramchek Software they own. This campaign handles all of Aramchek’s applications as variables, so one campaign can be used to genreate the upgrade notices for their entire line. This campaign is also an example of using variables in the subject header of the messages.
Support Follow-up is another ongoing campaign that follows up on successful calls to Technical Support. These calls are recorded in the Technical Support database, exported periodically, and imported into eMerge. This campaign also handles all of Aramchek’s applications as variables.
